Mandatory CDS Transition to EVV

HRA EVV UPDATE: 2/8/2021

 

 

Clients who have not turned in EVV forms & training certificates OR who have employees not using Vesta as the clock in/out method:  

Payday 3/5/21 for the period 2/7/2021 – 2/20/2021 will be the last payout from HRA to your attendants. 

HRA has completed the Vesta set up for all clients that submitted EVV forms. Below are the requirements to continue services with HRA: 

  • Clients who have not received an email from Vesta with log-in credentials but have turned in EVV forms & training certificates, please check your Spam and Junk emails for the Vesta email. Please email HRA immediately @ cdstimesheets@hratexas.org so that HRA can review your Vesta setup. 
  • For clients that have received an email with Vesta log in credentials, it is mandatory that your employees are clocking in/out, in Vesta, effective immediately for Habilitation, Respite and Protective Supervision services. Paper timesheets are not a guarantee of payment to your attendants for the services mentioned above. Payday 3/5/21 for the period 2/7/21-2/20/21 will be the last payout from HRA to your attendants.
  • Clients who have not turned in EVV forms & training certificates: Payday 3/5/21 for the period 2/7/2021 – 2/20/2021 will be the last payout from HRA to your attendants. 
  • EVV forms & training certificates received after 2/22/2021will be reviewed for accuracy and processed on the next available payroll in the order it was received. 

All clients are required to continue paper timesheets regardless of the 1722 EVV Option chosen. 

HRA is mandated by the State of Texas to enforce EVV and failure to comply with the above requirements will result in termination of services with HRA.
