Please make sure to input the correct information on the timesheet. If the timesheet has any incorrect information, we will need a corrected timesheet in the right format before you will get paid.

If you are Option 2 or 3 in Vesta:
– You MUST fill the EVV Confirmation/Visit Maintenance Request form.
– You will either confirm that your time in Vesta is correct OR you will request changes to time clocked in Vesta.
– Fill the Non-EVV CDS Timesheet ONLY for services that are not recorded in the Vesta EVV system.
